Therapy

In therapy, I deal with various issues that arise both in individual and couples work. I recognize that each person is unique and therefore requires a tailored approach that suits their individual needs. I incorporate elements from various therapeutic methods to provide a more holistic approach to healing. Topics that I can address with you in individual therapy include:

  • Body image and body dysmorphia

  • Identifying and healing emotional wounds

  • Orgasm and arousal blocks

  • Pain during sex (vaginismus and dyspareunia)

  • Erectile dysfunction

  • Healing sexual trauma

  • Life transitions : pre-natal , postpartum, menopause transitions

Couple conflict and disharmony is my main line of work. I begin with establishing relationship patterns, attachment styles, and various pain points that could be impacting emotional and/or physical intimacy. Various examples of topics that I work through with couples include :

  • improving communication skills and conflict resolution

  • deepening the relationship - quality time, intentionality, being present

  • disillusionment repair and re-establishing trust

  • cultivating sexual mindfulness and intention

  • aligning sexual needs and wants

Coaching

Coaching is a  profession that provides individuals with support and guidance to  improve various aspects of their personal lives, such as relationships, health, work-life balance, and personal fulfilment. It is different from therapy because it focuses on growth rather than healing emotional wounds from the past. Coaching is most effective for immediate concerns that you want to resolve, and can offer valuable support for people who need guidance beyond what friends or family can offer.

I start by helping clients notice the details of their experiences, instead of relying on standardised training and toolkits. Through practical exercises and thoughtful questioning, I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals. My practice is a blend of different models of coaching. Examples of topics that can be addressed through coaching include:

  • Setting clear goals and staying accountable to achieving them

  • Developing  skills to improve time-managment

  • Identifying values, strengths, interests, skills, and motivators so that you can take control

  • Self-esteem blocks
