Monthly Therapy Workshops

I have created what I wish existed when I first arrived in Paris : a safe space for women to gather and exchange about intimate subjects without judgement, shame, or competition. As Paris is a transient city, these workshops are an opportunity to meet with women who are searching for community and connection. My aim is to provide a container for a curated group of women to explore themselves more deeply through open conversation, shared stories, and powerful therapeutic tools.

I run these monthly day-long, in-person workshops out of a beautiful studio tucked right off of Place de la Bastille in Paris. The six-hour timeframe consists of a morning and afternoon session, with a 90 minute break for lunch. The workshops are made up a small group (6-8 people) in order to encourage depth of conversation, and are held in English.

What’s included in the day-long workshop:

We will begin by discussing a theme (e.g. attachment & relationship patterns, feminine/flow vs masculine/go energy, conscious intimacy & communication, sexuality/desire/arousal/attraction), and then use a variety of group facilitation techniques to delve into the various topics that arise. After lunch, break-out sessions for partner work and individual reflection will allow you to deep dive into how the material relates to your unique situation. A creative group project (while sharing wine and snacks) will bookend the day, encouraging discussion and connection.

Following the workshop, attendees have one month to book in a 30 min 1:1 coaching session with me to support integration.

Location: Cour Damoye, Place de la Bastille, Paris 11ème

Time: 10am-5:30pm

Price: 300 euros for the day-long workshop

WORKSHOP TESTIMONIALS

« Jessamy created a space of trust and freedom which is so rare to achieve nowadays. I feel we are filling our days with anxiety and questions and doubts about our thoughts, and the fact to hear that either we share similar thoughts or we are not completely crazy are extremely therapeutic, and very rare to get when we talk about such intimate and vulnerable subjects. »

« Loved all of it! It worked well to have people who felt safe to talk with. I’m going to shout it to the rooftops and tell all of my girlfriends! »
