Workshops + Events
I facilitate in-person therapy-based workshops to encourage connection and introspection within a safe setting. The workshops are focused on various themes that I have encountered in individual and couples therapy, including attachment theory, communication styles, and sexuality. Each workshop has a different theme, and aims at creating a unique opportunity to meet and share with other women in Paris. The workshops are held in English.

This is not a “perfect wellness girl” event, it’s a real, warm, intimate space for women who want to reconnect with themselves — emotionally, erotically, relationally,
A room where the change happens softly, because some things only unlock in the company of the right women, as they lift each other up in a way men rarely can. Coming from all over the world and sitting together on the floor to talk openly about desire, stress, relationships, sensuality, numbness, resentment, pleasure, burnout, disconnection, and what it means to feel truly alive in your body again,
We’ll explore:
• the stress cycle + its impact on desire
• emotional and sensual shutdown
• erotic energy and aliveness
• shame, conditioning, and self-abandonment
• nervous system regulation
• what it means to feel turned on by your life again
There will be teachings, discussions, reflective exercises, softness, honesty, laughter, depth, wine, snacks, and a room full of incredible women.

The Room : Community Gathering

What: This free mindful community gathering runs monthly.
It is a space filled with women who are thoughtful, curious, open… and willing to have the conversations we don’t often make room for. It is also an invitation to share about professional projects in an encouraging and intimate setting.
